Account Terms

• You must be 16 years or older to use this Service.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide a valid email address to complete the signup process.
• Your login may only be used by one person. A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can delete your account by sending an email to [email protected] with your first name, last name, and the respective email addresses you would like for us to delete.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrades, and Downgrades

• All paid plans must provide valid credit card information. Free accounts are not required to provide credit card information.
• Upgrading from a free plan to any paid plan will be charged immediately.
• Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are refundable for the initial 7 days after purchase. New users may request cancellation of their account and a refund within the first 7 days after initial registration by emailing [email protected]. After this period, no prorated refunds or refunds for upgrades/downgrades or unused months will be issued.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the "Subscription" link in the settings. The subscription page provides a "Change Subscription" link where you can cancel your subscription. Email requests to cancel your account will not be considered a valid cancellation.
